Shipping policy
We ship to Italy, the European Union and many countries worldwide. Every ornament is packed by hand with protection designed for glass.
You never pay anything on delivery: shipping, duties and import taxes are all shown and paid at checkout.
Processing time
- Catalog products: 1–3 business days from the order.
- Custom products: 7–15 business days from confirmation of the custom design.
The delivery times below are in addition to processing time. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
Italy and European Union
We ship with BRT or Poste Italiane, always with tracking. No duties. Shipping in Italy is free on orders from €59; in the other European Union countries the cost is the same for any order value.

We ship with UPS Express, delivery in about 2 business days. The shipping cost depends on the order value:

Amounts on this page are in euros. At checkout you always see the exact cost in your currency before you pay. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Duties and import taxes
For orders outside the European Union, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout together with your order. We ship with UPS under DDP (duties paid): there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept it with reservation if possible and take photos. If a product is broken, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellagioglassornaments.com with photos of the parcel and the product: we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
