We ship to Italy, the European Union countries and the United States. Every ornament is packed by hand with protection designed for glass.
Processing time
- Catalog products: 1–3 business days from the order.
- Custom products: 7–15 business days from confirmation of the custom design.
The delivery times below are in addition to processing time. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
United States: duties and taxes
Shipments to the United States are sent DAP: the price paid on the Site does not include duties, import taxes and customs fees, which are paid by the recipient and collected by the carrier on delivery. If the recipient refuses to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the price of the products minus the outbound and return shipping costs.
Damaged parcels
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, accept it with reservation if possible and take photos. If a product is broken, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellagioglassornaments.com with photos of the parcel and the product: we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
