Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code). If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from delivery of the last one.
How to notify us
Before the deadline, email info@bellagioglassornaments.com with your order number and the products you are returning. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required: a clear statement is enough.
How to return the products
Ship the products within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal to:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (art. 57 of the Italian Consumer Code). Glass is fragile: pack each piece carefully and use a tracked service, ideally insured. The original packaging is not required, but the product must arrive intact: you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics.
Refund
We refund the amount paid for the products and the standard shipping cost of the order within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If you chose a more expensive shipping option than standard, the difference is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have shipped them. The refund is made with the same payment method used for the order, at no cost to you (art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code).
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products (art. 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code);
- purchases by business customers with a VAT number.
Products arriving broken or defective
A product that arrives broken is not a withdrawal. Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellagioglassornaments.com with photos of the parcel and the product: we will send you a replacement or, if you prefer or it is not available, refund you, at no cost to you. For lack of conformity, the 2-year legal guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code always applies, as described in the Terms of service.
