Christmas ornament with cottage in the snowy woods, 6 in (15 cm)

Large mouth-blown glass Christmas ornament, painted entirely by hand in our workshop in Bellagio, on Lake Como: a little cottage nestled in the snow among the trees of the woods, on a matte ice gray background. A showpiece for your Christmas tree, 100% made in Italy, and a special gift idea.

The decoration

The cottage has soft snowy roofs, walls in ivory and pale gray and windows glowing warm yellow. The snowy trees in the background, painted with soft vertical strokes, give depth to the scene. Above and below, pine branches, red berries and little pinecones frame the composition, while the snow is rendered in white, pearl and micro-glitter.

Each ornament is painted individually by our artists: the piece you receive may differ slightly from the photo, a sign of true handwork.
