Set of 2 mouth-blown glass Christmas ornaments, painted entirely by hand in our workshop in Bellagio, on Lake Como: two red cardinals on a light background, one in close-up and one perched on a pine branch among the berries, to hang side by side on the tree or to give together. 100% made in Italy.

The decoration

In the portrait, the cardinal's head fills the ornament: red feathers in bold brushstrokes, the black mask, the yellow beak and a touch of snow, on a pearl white background. On the other ornament the cardinal sits on a pine branch among clusters of red berries, on an ivory background dotted with snow. The same subject told in two different ways.

Each ornament is painted individually by our artists: the ornaments in the set may differ slightly from the photos, a sign of true handwork.
